Yes I've had it happen to me before I rang again but its annoying when they should do it the first time

Did the driver do it on the palm pilot, make a note to do it at store or did you ring the helpdesk?

My old manager was terrible for not ringing refunds through after he'd told customers he'd do it. He'd write on the manual refund log and then leave it for someone else to do.

when you ring card services to pay ring this number instead of the more expensive one listed on the statements:
02081810000. they'll take your details on this line and transfer you to the payments dept.

I have done both, I rang the actual store and they didnt credit my card and also once when I rang Asda website up they didnt either. Once I rang back they did do it the 2nd time but still its waiting for it and a possibility of forgetting it if they dont
