... I got fed up with asda and tried Tesco last week, prices are about the same on most things I buy and different offers, plus I got better codes and can collect the club card points. Think I'll be sticking with them for now.

For the last few months I have just been using the ASDA free-delivery codes... the tenner off fifty codes are too few-and-far between. I flick between Tesco and ASDA, but Tesco have more online discount codes (and you can use multiples i.e branded codes aswell as store spend codes).

I have noticed ASDA prices creeping up (granted on seasonal items like cheese, butter, and fruit & veg). Different offers {non branded} are a nice change between ASDA and Tesco. If ASDA delivery charge goes up [as previously mentioned] then I cannot see me sticking with ASDA for much longer.

e-voucher codes that I have just stored:
    M3 RN TF E2 --- £10 off £50 (RNP) --- valid until 08/May
    M3 TF EW L2 --- £10 off £50 (L) --- valid until 08/May
    M4 CD 46 EH --- Free delivery over £50 CDD1 --- 31/May
    ...

    £10 off £50 (RNP)

Sorry if this is a silly question.. but what does the RNP mean?

I have tried Asda 3 times now but it's back to Tesco. I had some problems with them with substitutes but they have more selection, they don't deliver things that are going out of date, and they have better service and vouchers. I can see now why they ended up such a big online retailer.

I have found tesco the worst for delivering out of date fruit and veg if you havent had any out of date stuff I'm amazed. I have shopped with Tesco for about 6 years online now and still do. If I get out of date stuff I complain but it still happens, I have had out of date things from Asda a couple of times though too I think its the same for them all to be honest. They put the instore customer before the online one as far as dates are concerned I think as we arent there to select ourselves
    Thanx

I know with Tesco codes, the expiry date applies to the date of delivery. Is it the same with Asda? Or could I place an order tomorrow and use the voucher which expires on 8th May?

    Hi,

Just had a leaflet through the door from Asda.

The code entitles you to £10 off when you spend £50.

The Code is M4-MD-6K-X9 The Expity date is the 8th of June 2007

If you have different e-mail addresses with Asda you can use the code more than once.

Hope this helps to save a little bit more.

    Enjoy

if they are sending out of date stuff keep the evidence and go to trading standards - they are not legally allowed to send out of date produce

I got an email today with 3 free delivery codes in one for each month May, June and July for a shop of over £50

    M4-MD-76-PP : Valid 01 May - 31 May 07
    M4-JD-H3-AZ : Valid 01 June - 30 June 07
    M4-JU-P9-4F : Valid 01 July - 31 July 07

I've just tried to bank all 3 codes but it would only let me bank the May one, so I presume you will be able to bank the June one next month and the july one in july.
  • Just wanted to say I used this code M4-MD-6K-X9 thank you so much and I hope that it works for someone else too. Ill try to return the favour if I ever get any codes myself!
