M3-FS-FD-V5 (£50+, 28/2) free delivery.
they're very thin on the ground these days. i'd go back to tesco's but they charge extra for more expensive substitutions. that's the best thing about asda - they substitute things with items worth a lot more for the same price like iceland used to.0 -
i searched the thread for this and got no matches, so apologies if it's an old one.

patricia1066 wrote:Hi all, its my first try at asda home shopping. Sorry if the answer is in the thread but I hope you can help.
If I refuse to accept some goods at delivery, which drops the overall cost of the shop below the trigger level for free delivery voucher, does this readjust and get charged on the credit card?
Hi There, No it won't providing you are refusing substitutes, wrong items etc...maybe it would if you were refusing things you simply no longer wanted though, but I am not too sure about that. :wave:Whenever I'm caught between two evils, I take the one I've never tried......0 -
char22 wrote:just a quick question. when you pay for delivery is this delivery to your door? as i live above some shops and the asda mn phoned me up and asked to come a get my shopping from the street, i had to run my baby into my neighbours is it worth complaining or is this the norm for people ewho live in places like mine?
I would definately complain. I live in a 2nd floor flat with no lifts and ASDA always brings the shopping up to my door as do Sainsbury's & Iceland. Also, Comet brought a 42inch TV up to my flat and carried it all the way into my living room and Argos brought up a wardrobe set which consisted of a double wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a bedside cabinet and put it in my hallway for me. Definately complain. The delivery driver is being lazy.0 -

A question for you people who shop online at asda and use the asda credit card. How do you know that you have got a credit for alternative items you have sent back. I normally pay with debit card and the return shows as a seperate credit on my account. Do I have to keep all my delivery lists till my bill comes in the check them off the statement.0

you could try looking at your credit card statement online that way you can watch for the amount being credited daily, i have never had a problem with asda crediting money back they are always quite prompt and i have been using there online shopping every week for about two years or more now, hope this helps!0
