Just wanted to say that I had an order booked for today that has not been delivered due to a fault on the website yesterday.
I originally saved that slot on 3rd December and went to change my basket contents yesterday, I got called away from the computer and it does log you out automatically if you are away for a few minutes. I came back, logged back on and it had deleted my order losing my slot. I rang them and was told they could give me another slot after Christmas (south africa) no offer of compensation whatsoever. He said it is a tech fault and they were aware of it there were other people with the same problem and there was no solution, they would not be delivering. I asked to speak to a manager, they said he wasnt there but I requested that he would call me later, he assured me one would call me, no one has called. I rang back and asked again to be put through to a manager and they passed me to someone saying he was one but he didnt sound like one. He told me to write to the email address on the website to complain but I pointed out that he should know that it only goes to south africa and they do absolutely nothing whatsoever plus what help was that to me now when its Christmas it takes them 2 weeks to respond. He said it had been escalated to head office and they would contact me. No one has, its really really bad. I couldnt trust that change order thing again on thier site again. At this time of year it is especially bad and that they should handle it in this way is appalling. I will be writing to head office about this, they have no contact phone number and no contact email it is the only way to contact them which is very inconvenientThanx

No one has called me even after this time even though I was told it had been escalated to head office. I havent had time to deal with it as its been Christmas but I will do when I'm ready, I'm not going to leave it the whole thing has been made worse by them not not doing anything at all either on the online shopping telephone contact or the actual store or head office. I do admit with Tesco if you have problems they do at least compensate you and don't ignore you and there is a phoneline you can call and get proper instant results which isnt in south africa.
When my booking slot went wrong it was not after midnight it was I think about tea time. I don't feel I should shop with them out of principle now unless they act on this and compensate me. I think its dreadful that people have to write rather than email, it should be easier to complain and be heard. They don't listen to customers and it seems they don't value them eitherThanx

There won't have been anyone in Asda House yesterday as they will have been closed for Boxing Day. Plus I doubt there will be limited colleagues in this week. They tend to go and help out at stores at this time of year.0 -
Thanx but this all happened on 20th December and they said a manager would get back to me that day then someone from head office, didnt expect anyone to on boxing day in fact I doubted at all which is proving to be the case so farThanx
