Think the serious lack of £10 off codes might mean me starting to shop at Tescos, at least get the extra points etc there. Every code I have tried lately won't work
One day I might be more organised...........
    GC: £200
Slinkies target 2018 - another 70lb off (half way to what the NHS says) so far 25lb

Thanx I just checked mine but they havent given me anything at all and still no contact at all either. I will probably ring them tomorrow but no one seems to do anything even so called managers. I ve just been too busy over christmas to do anything yet. Did you actually complain at all?
    Thanx

After ringing them again and again and being promised call backs from managers that never happened regarding the christmas order I originally booked on 3rd Dec to be delivered on 21st dec and then losing it through a tech prob on the site I finally got a bit of compensation.

First the manager said he would give me 2 voucher codes 1 for free delivery and another for £5! I said 'Is that it!!!?' I told him if thats all they could offer me after the trouble it caused me I wouldnt bother ordering from them again. I went through the saga to him again and he then sauid he would contact head office and see if they could offer me anything more. He rang back saying head office had put a £15 evoucher in my account and that he would also be crediting my card with a little compensation as a good will jesture but didnt say what it was I suspect not much though but I'll find out in a few days time.

I know across you got 2 £15 codes but it could prob be because you cancelled a new years order because of it plus you have been a customer a long time where as I've only had about 8 orders. I never wrote in either just called but that was because I didnt have time to mail because I knew I had no time to wait for replies so close to christmas, it usually takes them about 2 weeks to reply
    Thanx
