Hi,

I am Virgin media customer and have an pay as you go sim card which I top up by £10 to get 300 mins and 300 text.

Can anyone advice if 07744 numbers are part of Virgin inclusive minutes?

Thanks
MS

Calls to call forwarding services (thats numbers beginning 07744 and 07755) do not count and are excluded from Virgins inclusive minutes.

    Thanks for the above.

I have a 0 balance on my pay as you go sim card but 300 inclusive minutes. Whenever I dial 07744 numbers it goes through my inclusive minutes.

Numbers such as 0845 or 0870 does say "you have insufficient money to connect this call".

Has anyone else tried using the forwarding numbers on the PAYG?

    Thanks

I have the same Virgin media deal but pay by monthly direct debit

I would suggest you check the calls you've made online, that will show you if you have been charged for the calls or not

As you have a PAYG sim card, the £10 which you credited to it will have been used to pay for your 300 text & 300 minutes, hence the reason your balance is at "zero"
You can use the airtime in your monthly package to make calls and send messages from within the UK to any UK mobile network and landline (numbers beginning 01 and 02)
It's obvious this does not include numbers starting 0845 & 0870 therefore these numbers are charged in accordance with Virgins "standard charges" and as your balance is "zero" then you will need to top-up your sim with credit in order to make calls to these kind of numbers

If your unsure of anything just give the Virgin Mobile Team a call on 789 it only costs a one off 10p call charge for however long you're talking to them, they will answer all your questions
