  • I hope all you lucky people enjoy the travel passes, as for us here in Northern Ireland we are still waiting for our Assembley to actually pass this. The DRD has said "sometime late summer" but we have heard through the grapevine it will be probably be just before the end of the year (ofcourse they didn't say which year :mad: :mad: The N.I Assembley when offering free travel should have started the proceedings then. So I'll be thinking of all you travellers, enjoy yourselves wherever you may go and may your God go with you. :cool:

    Mine arrived around 3 April, but OH's has not. Mine was a renewal, his a first timer. I dropped his application off at our local sub post office some weeks ago. Seems as though it has got lost. Any idea who we speak to to get it sorted?

    I had my letter to apply before christmas but due to ill health never got around to it until about 2 weeks ago took it into my local office and they said it would take about 2 weeks to sort so any day now I hope...will be nice to be able to get away from it all for awhile...might even start this year if things go my way for a change...if not there is always next year can you use these on the trains as well or is it just for buses...thanks...:D

    Oh dear, you have missed a lot. I suggest you enter free BUS passes in the search box and read what has gone before. Rail issue a card which gives one third off to people in similar categories.
