Splitting Property Boards?

where I have asked that the moderators/Martin consider splitting the boards between Buying and Selling and Renting as the issues are different and then the Buying & Selling Boards should be further split as to England & Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland etc, so that particularly when legal issues come up advice/suggestions are not given/made that would be inappropriate because the thread was say about a property in Scotland and subsequent posters were in England and referring tot he English position.
Can we have a reply from the powers that are on this?
