I have a HSBC Mini cash ISA which I am happy with. I opened this ISA in June 2006.
Am I allowed another Mini Cash ISA with another provider?

Yes, as long as you haven't been contributing to it this tax year. If you haven't, then you can get another cash ISA now, and yet another in April (after the 5th).
If you've been contributing to your ISA this whole time by standing order or just one-off contributions, then you'll need to wait until April 5th to get another one, and you'd need to make sure you weren't paying in to your old one any more.I am a Chartered Financial Planner
