Looking for a camera phone expert?

I have a Nokia 6300 which I think has a very good 2 mp camera. I bought one of the Samsung E590 3 mp camera phones, thinking that the camera would be better, but in my opinion it is not, as the photo is less defined and colour quality is also not as good as the 6300. My daughter has just got the Samsung G600 a 5 mp camera and she is not impressed by the quality as opposed to the 6300.

What constitutes a good camera phone, obviously not the number of mega pixels?

Quality of lens, size/quality of sensor and image processing determine how good a digital camera's images are.

I'm looking a for a camera phone on a cashback deal, I have seen the SE K810i at OSPS. If I can't find one better than the 6300, I'll stick with that and sell the new phone.
