02 xda 2i with sat nav as cheap as poss

Hi, I have been looking for an 02 xda 2i as cheap as poss withe intention of also using it as a satellite navigation unit. I beleive you require tom tom software and a gps unit to do this?

Cheapest ive found the phone is £75 with a 12 months conract at £19, ideally i wouldnt take a contract but they dont don it on payg.

Any ideas if i can get it cheaper and how much the software and reciever will cost, also how easy it will be to link it all up.

I would appreciate it if anyone who uses this method could give me pointers
