Has anyone else seen an advert for Scottish Widows fixed rate Isa with 10% interest ?

Not noticed it, for them to pay 10% on a fixed rate ISA it would probably need to be tied to a equity ISA, similar to the offerings by Abbey and A&L.
Their cash ISA rates are poor - so i wouldnt expect to much.
