  • I know it has been a little bit since I have posted, so I thought I would give you guys a little bit of an update or lack there of.

We suspended all the accounts we could find for these people and have yet to hear from any of them. As soon as I hear from the authorities we will be able to provide them some additional information that we have.

If you guys ever see another website that they have setup and are using our system please let me know and it will be dealt with immediately.

  • found this site after i ordered a wii form wallstall games, luckily i managed to cancel my CC before any damage was done although there was a £400+ transaction awaiting payment. got the link from ebay but it looks as if they have now removed it.
  • Just wanted to say thanks alot, just googled for Nintendo Ds lite and found that Wallstall games were selling console and 3 games for 69.99! wow i thought must order 2 for the kids, then i stopped to think maybe this is too good to be true, contact details were a P.O. box so decided to goole their mane which is when i came upon this thread. I guess we are all trying to save a few bob and from what i have read scum like this are taking advantage and scamming us. Lesson learnt if an offer seems too good to be true it probably is. Thanks guys.

This article is all about WS Games and gives advice on how to avoid scams like this in the future.

My feelings is, if it looks too good to be true it often is. What rung the alarm bells for me is the fact that they completely clones the Powerplay site, as I've used that site before I knew it had to be dodgy.
  • What if everybody using Internet Explorer 7 went to wsgames.co.uk then clicked on the tools bit and reported it as a phishing website.

And if you really wanted you could go to webfusion.co.uk and tell them they appear to be hosting a website that may be used for illegal activities.....
