I think you should take that up professionally. Put an ad in your local primary school or Nursery with some piccies
Try and do a good deed every day.

Well done you! That is so much better than the shop ITNG cakes, that just have a crummy sugar plaque on them. What a shame the baby is only 1, my 3 year old would love that!

You should definitely think about making those professionally, you could make a few fake cakes, to get a bunch of pictures together. If you make little flyers you can put them everywhere you think parents might see them, chemists, doctors, shops, playgroups.

Cupcakes are really popular at the moment, maybe you could do some of those with individual fondant characters on. And if you wanted a taste tester you only have to ask :D

Thank you for all your lovely comments :)

I am actually considering making them to sell, this is only my fifth decorated cake and I find it hard to put a price on them. I give to to people as presents, I must be mad because they take so long! I'm sure with experience there will be tricks of the trade, I've just got to find out what they are!

I have put my others on here a few weeks back, but I was only taking them on my phone camera and they are not that good quality (I had a moment of madness with the thought of approaching 30 and wanted a 'pink girly' phone!)

I am gutted I never took any on the digital camera :( I did with this one though, so I am already learning!

  • OMG that is fantastic!!! you should definately sell them, I would LOVE one of these for my INTG mad daughter! So much better than shop bought and I think you're extremely generous for giving them away (wanna be my friend lol?)
(oh and I'm 30 and would love a pink phone too hehe)
