Stocks and Shares ISA - can I buy and sell?

Looking at buying my first S&S ISA, but have a couple of questions.

If I buy individual company shares within the ISA can I then sell them and reinvest in other shares?

If I invest in a fund can I then swap into another fund without losing the benefits of the ISA wrapper?
