Orange sim card no longer working !Help please

Hi I hope someone can help me. I think my orange sim card has warpped!! I can't seem to use it in its original phone but I can access some of the info from an old unlocked nokia. I still have some credit on the phone/card so of course would like to keep it.
I have a 'free' unregistered orange sim card and was wondering if I could somehow swap the old sim card for the new... keep my number and also the credit.

When was the last time you used it ?

just ring customer service, tell them you have a spare sim , they will ask for the serial number from the new sim and then do the transfer
