Oh, this made me laugh!!
You should maybe undercut the CRS'a and ofer it at £1 a chuck?? You will make millions quite soon judging by the amount of ppl that believe and pay for them
:beer::beer:
There was a paypal link on there charging an (optional) payment of £2 but I removed it as I don't use paypal anymore (also didn't get any takers)
Anyone who did benefit from it could always click on some of the google ads of course0 -
I'm disappointed, no one has yet explained the meaning of "Your application plication has been referred"...0

Is it not self explanatory?"A child of five could understand this. Fetch me a child of five." - Groucho Marx0

They have.
It means: YOUR APPLICATION HAS BEEN REFERRED.
i.e. not automatically accepted and not automatically declined. They haven't made their mind up one way or the other. Hence a referral.0 -

It means what it says....Your application has been referred
it has neither been accepted or declined at this point but has been referred to them to assess....it will be looked at manually be someone in the organisation.
You ahvent asked why this happens but reasons could be you meet the majority, but not all their acceptance criteria, you have a notice of correction on your account which means it has to be read by a person and not an automated score, you fall on the line for accpetance criteria, the system may not process live apps due to the time you applied i if you apply at 3am they may not run live checks so it will be delat with the next working day the list goes on and on and on
How else can we explain it? DO you understand that or do we need to go over it again..
sorry that sounds really sh*ty but its not meant to do, i just cant think of anyother way to phrase it atm0 -

You could perhaps read what I said, and the title of the thread, again before questioning my understanding...0 -

Very good.
I enjoyed that.
Glad you did.
On subject of it I just got a generated score of 873 so I'm just off to apply for several prime cards and give them a giggle0 -
I have got a score of minus 2.
Yet if I beg I can normally appeal a decline and turn it in to an acceptance.:)Since when has the world of computer software design been about what people want? This is a simple question of evolution. The day is quickly coming when every knee will bow down to a silicon fist, and you will all beg your binary gods for mercy.0 -
That is not what it says, nor what I said.

Ok, so you are being clever by pointing out that they have added 'plication' onto the generated message? obviously a typo.....did you really neeed us to tell you this??
You did also asked what the below meant? I feel that has been answered in my posts and numerous others..
When you apply for a credit card or other credit product online and the application promises an instant decision - what does it mean when you get neither an Accept or Decline but instead get a "your application has been referred, we will write to you within 5 business days" message? Presumably if your credit score is high enough you will be instantly Approved and if your credit score is too low or there are other problems with your credit file, then the computer will pick those issues up and instantly Decline you. So what is the Referred business all about? Does it mean your credit score falls on the cusp of Pass/Fail? Since the credit providers rely quite heavily on automated decisions fueled by credit score, I don't understand why they don't just automatically Decline you if things aren't quite perfect, rather than Referring you. Can anyone explain or share an experience where they got Referred and yet ultimately actually did receive the credit product they'd applied for. I'm very curious! Thanks0
