The 'welcome' page on Propertysnake has about 10 properties. Over the last six months, I have noticed that the lowest property on this page has crept up from 30% to 37%.0

version 1.1 is not yet available (of property bee)
the changes I talk of, refer to the development version which will be around fairly soon.
there's a lot of changes to the back end to, but they don't really impact on the end users of the applications, just people like me who do analysis on the resultsIt's a health benefit ...0 -
the new version of property bee looks absolutely fantastic (distributed data is back)
Is it?
Would be great if it is, it would be good if data could be ported in from peoples saved data (PasturesNew will have the whole of the UK before long!!)
I'm monitoring all of Cornwall (more falls here than anywhere in the lower end), Gloucestershire, parts of Devon, Worcester and Herefordshire and hoping to expand my searched areas soon.0 -

It only shows the advertised price, not the sold for price so offers could still be put in below that!
Sharp as a pin you are Lindsay.0 -

It is addictive.
I keep adding new postcodes to my searches.
Perhaps I should start a property-bee support and rehabilitation group :rotfl:
