how do I check the bal on a PAYG orange phones?

I have motorola v220 with payg sim. I know with a vodaphone one you can dial a certan number and it gives you the balance remaining.

Can I do this with orange?

i usually top-up my Orange PAYG in boots, as you also get avantage card points.

dont know how much you top up by, but if you top-up (anywhere) £50 or more you get an extra 10% free. ie top-up £50, get £55 credited to your account, which easily lasts me about 6months.
