Skinty, I can produce bank statements to show I paid CCCS on time, and also CCCS statements to show that they have received my payments (I pay via SO) and distributed them at the same time each month to my creditors

So I take it this means they applied for the CO before you missed the payment? In a sort of "pre-emptive" strike kind of way.
Yes, but the reason for applying for the CO was stated to the court as 'missed or late payment'Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

Right, so now submit a formal complaint that they perjured themselves to obtain a court order. Include this latest snippet.
Remember to always used "signed for".
Formal complaints have strict time limits in which they have to respond. And if they refuse to deal with your complaint in your favour, it can then go the ombudsman.
What they're expecting you to do is write back outside of the complaints procedure, querying this. Which gives them a further opportunity to waste your time and draw things out. Up to the point where X months down the line where you realise they're just messing you about and you need to make a formal complaint. They're hoping you'll be sickened off at this point.
Unless of course, you want to take them directly to court."Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)

I've actually just eaten nearly a full tiramisu to myself. Feel a touch _pale_ now

The diet starts again on Tuesday
Well I'll be making ice-cream soon. And no one but me to eat it.
