BHs Overcharge - does anyone know their policy

  • If the item was labelled up wrong, and all the others were £9.60 surely you'd have to go into the store for a refund?

    I understand it's annoying that they overcharged you and you didn't realise until you got home, but surely it makes sense to check your receipt before you go home if you know returning to the store would be so inconvenient.

    The overcharge was their mistake, but the fact you didn't check until you got home, or that you live 15 miles away, isn't their problem.
