I was with them years ago when their internet banking first started, then I moved to a small town where there was no NW branch for paying in etc, so I changed banks. BIG mistake, my new bank's internet service was so difficult to use that I gave up on it entirely. when I moved to the city again the first thing I did was swap back to NW0
