How about a screen? This is what I use as I have a long through lounge & use one end as a study. My study area is screened off, but the screen is easily folded back when I want the room to be 'whole' again. If you particularly want to go across the whole width of the room you could use 2 screens. They are available in a wide choice of styles to suit all tastes & I'm sure you'd find something you liked.

Any ideas as of where i can get the screens?

I have two of the Ikea lamps dividing my computer from the rest of the lounge, each one is 63cm/25" wide, so you could easily and safely have three together leaving you with 30cm/13" space to walk around.

I love mine, they are unintrusive and very funky, PM me if you want a picture or more info.

    There are some screens here.

If you like e-bay, they have lots on offer, see here.

Some room dividers in Argos here.

Aliasojo's idea of a lightweight curtain on a curtain wire sounds like the cheapest option, but I don't know if that would suit your needs.

There are various shops that do screens. I believe Ikea do some & Habitat I know used to. Locally to me there are a couple of shops of the kind I call 'Interiors', they sell a selection of quality items for the home such as cushions, mirrors, small items of furniture & they do screens too. Maybe there is a shop like this not too far from you that you could check out. Or shops that sell a good range of wicker items often have screens, as do shops that sell stuff from India & Asia.
The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.

I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.

I have a bookcase type thing from Ikea (from the Billy range I think) Its a whoppnig big thing that has 4x4 'boxes' / shelves which I've filled with books and things. I've positioned it inbetween my two 'rooms' and it works a treat
