Have applied for 9th for a friend. I wonder if anyone will get any....seems like no-one has been lucky since last Wed. My friend would prefer a weekend date but it's now a case of accepting whatever she gets offered (if anything!) It would be good if people could update the board if and when they get confirmation emails.

Thanks, we all had a really good time at the show. I am glad that i did not spend any extra money on getting better seats. We did move a bit forward (from row 6 to row 2) and towards the centre of the block we were in when the show started but we did not feel the need to change to another block at all. There were VIP people in front of us and we thought that we even had a better view than they did as we felt that they were a bit to close to the stage.

Thanks for the warning re: ebay tickets. I am sure that you will really enjoy the show tomorrow. When we went last Saturday night, there were lots of unoccupied seats (a whole row in front of us and ours were priced at £55). Just after the performance began I noticed that people in the less expensive seats, just moved to the better seats (the row in front filled up as people drifted over) . There seemed to be no-one quering it. The staff took down the cards with the section lettering on it before the show started, so if anyone came in late they would not find seats eaisly anyway, so just sat where ever.

If you want good seats, turn up early. We were one of the first in and got some of the best seats.

snakeuk: you may not get confirmation until a few hours before the show so check your email!

Can you clarify? Are you referring to the free tickets as if they are not allocated to specific seats and does that mean you have to stay till the show starts?

Anyone know how many free tickets they give out for each day?

The tickets are given out when you arrive so i guess what the person was getting at was that if you get there early they may give out the better tickets first.

Dont know about how many free tickets they give out i guess it depends how many tickets are actually sold for the night in question

I've been twice - 1st time arrived late and got good seats 2nd time arrived early and got poor seats - however we did move down just before the show started.
  • Was just wondering if anyone could give me any more info about the free tickets, i ve recived the confirmation email and they said that they would let you know by 5.30pm on April 7th. Does this mean i'm defintely out of luck as the tickets are for either the 8th or the 9th

They usually only allocate unsold tickets on the same day, so you could get an email with only hours to spare on the day, for that nights perfomance. An email at 5pm for the 8pm show the same night.

I've submitted for tickets for April 10th and got the acknowledgement email stating will let know by today at 5.30pm so it doesn't seem to mean anything and could be any time before the event. Not very convenient really.
