Its just sods law that it happened, they do offer a 14 day policy where they can refund the difference if the product goes down but your well outside that. Comet staff don't get commission from sales anymore (directly anyway).0

Spot on......done that many times:beer:If you're really desperate for the £200 ( I know I would be!), check if they have a 28 day no quibble return policy, and if you can afford it, buy the cheaper one, then return it using the £999.99 receipt!
