Yes Lucielle! Got 2 cards coming to an end of their 0% intro rate in the next couple of months & have tried for new ones but keep gettng turned down, was dreading the Citicard going back to 21.9% in May so having this card at 7.9% isn't too bad whilst we concentrate on higher interest ODs & CCs!

Hi again all! Well we're nearly there & what a year it's been! All in all we have enjoyed it, but looking at debt total we have to do much better next year, can't keep dragging along like this:rolleyes: ! Added around £60 to our debts this month, but if work had paid me all of my overtime we would have actually knocked another £20 off:mad: ! Also got £730 saved towards wedding, on top of the £350 already paid + £15 for little gifts for bridesmaids & pageboy, so quite pleased with that. OH's Mum is also giving us £1,000 towards wedding so as long as we keep putting extra hours in at work, our debts should continue to slowly go down. Been a tough couple of months for us with having to sort bathroom & Xmas, but the damage of around £400 overall should be put right next month, as long as there's no more nasty surprises around the corner:rolleyes: ! Anyway thanks for reading & Happy New Year to you all! God Bless!

Thanks KP, HNY to you & your family too. Well I think it's time for a new diary to be honest, this year has been such a slog debt wise & we have worked out that we have only managed to pay off a paltry £841.76 this year, although to be fair we have also saved & paid off over £1,000 for our wedding. Sorry, but I don't know how to post a link to new diary, but I will rename it our road to recovery, the big year! Thanks for reading this diary & happy new year to all!

    Hi,
I Just wont to wish you all the very best with sorting out your debts
You have made a great start by working out what you owe and what money you have left over at the end of the month to pay extra on them.

All the best with the ups and downs of trying to become debt free!

    Good luck
:jYou can have everything you wont in lfe, If you only help enough other people to get what they wont.:j
