help needed re nokia 8800

a friend is looking for the the best deal on a nokia 8800. he is willing to pay up to £60 a month contract for up to 700 mins free. i have searched but can only find a deal with the phone costing £125 on top of that deal. can anybody help. i am sure somebody can come up with a better result than me.
