I have a Vanquis card with a £2000 limit not that I use it, must cancel it soon, but my APR on it is only 34%

Very strange that most cards I hold offer me excellent rates but Vanquis offer me 54.9%.

I applied online for citi credit card 5.8% lob transfer on behalf of my husband. We received the card but no letter to say wether they had transfered the money so my husband rang customer service only to be asked for a password which I can't remember putting on the form but they won't let me do anything until I can give them this password even though I have answered all the other questions. They told us to write to them with a new password I don't think this is very safe.

How do they collect payments ? A knock on the door on a Friday night and two large guys with skin head haircuts demand payment !
