Dunno......
..... but I noticed this morning that in the area where I'm looking, one local agent has just spammed Rightmove with every 'new' property they have, some of them years old. No doubt they're hoping for an 'Easter Bounce.'
If that doesn't smack of desperation, I don't know what does!0 -

You mean with all those new properties just onto the market to catch the spring bounce?
Followed by those that want to benefit from the new CGT rules?
Warning ..... I'm a peri-menopausal axe-wielding maniac

Isn't the Spring bounce supposed to start the first bank holiday in May? - i.e. After everyone has had their post-Winter Easter holiday and forgotten how much they'd spent and ready to move during the summer school holidays? - Though don't know when it will be this year with the school "Easter" holidays all over the place.0

Spring? Technically, yes, but in rural Kent it snowed most of the weekend, and a wicked lazy wind to boot!...much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0
