Transfering An Isa

I have a Halifax ISA Saver Direct and I am thinking of moving to another ISA provider. When I read the conditions of my Halifax ISA Saver Direct it says:
"you can close your account or transfer out to another ISA Manager. However, you will lose an amount equal to 180 days' interest, calculated on the rate at which interest is paid on your account"
Is there any way round this ? It seems very unfair.

I would check to see which product you have got as a condition like this normally only applies to fixed rate ISAs, in which case you might be getting a better rate anyway. If you are on a fixed rate then these conditions will apply but then check to see how long you have remaining.0
