Hi, does anyone know which BS / Banks offer an ISA which accept transfers in and then have the option on monthly interest that can be paid out to external account. I know some of the fixed bonds have this option (e.g Coventry BS), but what about ISA's ? Many Thanks in advance !

Take a look at Moneysupermarket* where you'll be able to specify the type of account you're looking for. Once you click "Proceed", click the drop down box on the top left and select "Monthly Interest" to display relevant accounts. Similar procedure with Moneyfacts.
You'll need to individually check whether providers offer the option of paying interest into an external account.
Be aware that both these sites are commercial and therefore may be affected by their relationships with financial providers so you may not see all the available accounts listed.0
