HP Photosmart Photo Printing Album

I've been sent a file with a file extension of .albm which i understand is a HP Photosmart Photo Printing Album extension......only problem is i don't have a HP printer .....does anyone know if its posssible to open file with another programme.......or am i better getting the person to send me file again in another format....if so whats the best format.....file contains scanned images

Try getting ther person to send you the file again in another format. Also be careful as that file extention may hide a virus. Use .jpg as the format and get it compressed using WinRar. Search on Google and you will fond it.
