  • Thanks Cherub. Tried it earlier and works a treat. The text also points me to o2's wap site/my balance (I'd put the actual address in but it keeps creating a hyperlink which won't work obviously). Unfortunately my internet connection on my phone is down for it's daily hour or so (anyone else on o2 experience loss of data functions for a while on most days??) so I can't see if it's actually a link to balances and useage (like planet three has) or if it's just a link to an info page.
If this has been of any use please click on THANKS, it makes me look good.
  • Cherub (and anyone else who's interested!!), I can confirm that the wap allowance check works a treat on my Nokia 6300. You need to go into your phones browser (not Opera Mini or any other browser) and go to -

    http://wap.o2.co.uk/mybalance

Don't try to link to this from a computer (anyone know how to stop this hyperlinking???).

It gives you your minutes and text allowance and remaining allowance (up to 48 hours behind though with international and data calls taking longer). It also gives any recent charges to be billed.
If this has been of any use please click on THANKS, it makes me look good.

    Hi Again,

Just to let you know if you have access to your accounts online you can view all your details now like when you took out last upgrade,so you can when you are able to upgrade.

you can also change a few details on it too like your billing address ect so now you have more control over your account, you will see any extra's that you are paying for too!! alot of people have bolt on's without realising..

If you have not been able to view bills on line before call o2 and they will give you your username and reset a password for you.

go to o2 website don't sign in or register click on view my bill or my o2.

sorry if you already know this but i know alot of people who sign in or register and never able to view bills as the page would just keep refreshing and then get fed up trying!

    Hope this helps.

    cherub1969 xx
