Nationwide 6.15% Fixed Rate ISA Bond withdrawn?

Apologies if this has already been posted - I've been away for few days with no computer access.

I went into my local Nationwide today to open the 6.15% fixed rate ISA bond and arrange for a transfer from Barclays and they said it had been withdrawn. It's still on the website and I can't see it mentioned on here, so just wondered if that was correct (it's only a small agency branch).

Just spoken to HO, they confirm that the 1 year fixed rate ISA 6.15% is still available.
  • Thanks.

I did wonder as it would normally be posted on here. Odd because there were no leaflets either and the fixed rate ISA wasn't on the updated poster of interest rates. Perhaps it's going soon?

Anyhow, thanks for that and I'll go back down in the morning!

Over the weekend, NW's website said, when clicking on the link for the fixed rate ISA, that the online leaflets were being updated. Maybe that's why they didn't have any in the branch?

Still same message, perhaps updating is to reflect the words 2008/09 Tax year and the figure of 3600.

Local Nationwide Branch still had 6.15% ISA posters in window today. ;)
