Thanks TKPeters for the tip regarding F1 returning to the beeb. I do hope that they keep a lot of the team though, Martin and Mark I saw look safe, but I'd miss Lou and James. Steve Rider can go though! Let's hope this also doesn't signal a larger role for little Miss Ecclestone. Her report they broadcast for Melbourne was DIRE!!!!

I guess that Martin, Mark & Louise will stay as they know F1 inside & out & I'm sure it would very hard to find other personnel with the same knowledge & respect within the paddock

Bring back Murray Walker, and his gaffs,is what the BBC should do.

He may be getting on a bit,but he can run rings around some of the current guys on some of the tv channels.

Saw Louise Goodman at the Autosport show, and I have to say,she may look nice on F1,but at the show, she looked a bit rough, and more like a 20 pinta. :rotfl:

    Ken.

Our tickets arrived yesterday! We are massive F1 fans and cannot wait to see them in action. For those who think it's not a bargain it is if you cannot afford the price of a ticket for a F1 CP at least this way you get to see the cars in action. Oooooh the NOISE IS the best

I've been going to the testing for the past 4 years and love it. I've been to GP's but with testing you see hours of the cars as apposed to 2 hours during race.

It may seem that way but it isn't.

    Silverstone testing.....

3 days but only expect to see Lewis on one of those days.

Generally speaking (if there are no problems) a driver will very very rarely cover more than a GP distance.

    No Ferraris

Very rarely are two drivers from the same team on track together.

This years GP.... On the Sunday you have a 24 lap GP2 race.... 14 lap Porsche race and or course the GP:D

I have the GP weekend timetable in front of me and believe me there is plenty of motorsport
