... there's scope for more of that. In my request for a correction to take account of my time and inconvenience I obviously didn't have an exact amountfor calls I'd made so said "I expect that you agree with my estimate about the number and duration of my calls, but if not then I'm sure I could get a retrospective micro-itemised set of statements from my provider. However I'm sure this would involve further costs which I'd expect you to pay. I believe some institutions charge x per sheet for this service" (where x is the amount that same bank charges per sheet for a duplicate statement)
