for calls I'd made so said "I expect that you agree with my estimate about the number and duration of my calls, but if not then I'm sure I could get a retrospective micro-itemised set of statements from my provider. However I'm sure this would involve further costs which I'd expect you to pay. I believe some institutions charge x per sheet for this service" (where x is the amount that same bank charges per sheet for a duplicate statement) 0
