thanks for all your mesaages guys!

My husband hated all the emails from flylady (I have my own email account now!!) but you can opt just to have one a day which makes it all a lot easier to cope with!!

There are some good tips there but have also avoided reading anything for the same reasonsa I haven't been here for a while!

Yeah, when you're really not up to it it's a right pain having someone telling you what to do - and when you're up enough to go look for help - you often find you're up enough not to need it any more :)

    Bumnmer ain't it? :D

Don't worry, you're not alone. We all have times when we fall by the wayside. I'm going through a period like that right now - it's easy to post here, but my OS lifestyle is not going so well. The flat's a tip, the meal planning is a bit hit-and-miss and as for the shopping and bills.......don't even ask! I know the theory but it's just so hard putting it all into practice, self discipline is not my strong point. So don't feel guilty that you've fallen by the wayside. You're in good company!

Me too! I read the posts every day and know what I've got to do - but never end up doing anything!
