    Hi,

Can't speak for all of NI, but my TMobile reception in the Newry, Co.Down, Co.Armagh and Belfast areas are all fine. It seems to have stopped welcoming me to Ireland/UK every other day as well, depending on which mast I drive past even if I don't actually depart NI.
  • Thanks Snowy.

If you're in the border areas, maybe you know what their charges are like should you use your phone in the South?

No probs, Wotno. I haven't used my phone south of the border, so can't say what their charges are like from there. However, at work I see a lot of peoples names, addresses & phone numbers, and it seems that people who live just about on this side of the border seem to choose to have mobiles with a southern number. Maybe this is significant regarding affordability.... or maybe it's not - just thought you'd be interested to know. Sorry I don't know much after all...

I used it for 3 years in Derry and over and back to England/Scotland. Best reception out of any network I've been on

I'm on t mobile for work and personal use. Only places I seem to have problems with across NI (I travel all over the province for work) is outskirts of Cookstown and round the coast road from Warrenpoint to Kilkeel.
