you mean the resolution ?
in windows, right click on the background, properties, settings, check your resolution0 -
i've no idea, all i know is that if i'm looking at the clock i have to move the screen over to see the icons on the other side0

find the option on your monitor menu that is for factory reset

ok done that no different0

then it's a problem with windows, so follow my first post and check your resolution (should be higher than 800*600)0

still no different0

Give it a good clean with this
Seriously, it does sound like the resolution as Aliktren mentioned. Are you sure you have checked the reolution???
The on-screen menus on your monitor should have settings to reduce/enloarge both X and Y axis of the visible screen. Have a play with the settings0 -
tried all that i just get a black line across the top or side when i reduce the size of the screen0

Shut down Windows. Restart in Safe Mode. Windows will start in 640x480 resolution. You should be able to reset your display settings from there. The true cost of something is what you give up to get it.0
