phone stolen
Hi guys,
just have a quick question, i was out of the country over the weekend when some burglars came to my house and took my uninsured phone umong other things. They then ran up a bill to the tune of roughly £300. T-mobile told me that i would have to pay for this and im to be held responsible.. is there anything i could do or do i just bite the bullet and pay?
sorry if this has been asked before and thank you in advance for any responses

If you have no insurance against this, then you are responsible for the charges.
See if they will allow you "time to pay".0 -
Not a lot you can do, to be honest.
As Quentin says, if you have insurance you could try claiming on that. But if not, you are liable for the full amount. Call T-Mobile and speak to collections to see if they can arrange a payment plan for you to pay it up in installments.
If you don't want to phone them, e-mail cust.rel@t-mobile.co.ukI accept no liability if you chose to rely on my advice.0 -
Have you got household contents insurance which might cover it?0

With your household insurance check it doesnt affect the premium.
If you reported the burgalry to the police they should have given you a crime reference number, maybe this can be passed on to the network to help you proove it was stolen. Not sure maybe give it a try0
