Just thought I'd share this with you. My contract was up mid February so I am currently out of contract and wanting to move...
I have tried calling them several times, every time being put on hold for ages on an 0870 number (they have deliberately moved the 0870 number to stop you using SayNoTo... )... I have probably spent the good part of a tenner being put on hold.
I sent a letter in on 5th March with all the account details requesting the PAC code. No response so far.
I sent an email in before the letter on 29th Feb and just got an email back giving me all the details of how to port TO OSPS... which is not what I want or requested.
They are being deliberately unhelpful and obtuse. There are (deliberately) NO directions on their site on how to request a PAC number. They are deliberately earning money out of putting customers on hold and not responding to enquiries.
My view... ONE TO AVOID!

Surely you have to contact your network to cancel your contract and port your number to your new network, not the dealer.
My contract end in April and I phoned Orange today to give my 30 days notice.
I also got my contract through OSPS and have not had any problems with them and have claimed my cashback successfully.0 -

Reading between the lines I think that the network might be O2 CPW.
I wrote to O2 CPW at a Southampton address a few months ago to get my PAC - it was received within a few days. The address was obtained from a post on here re porting from O2 CPW, so a search might come up with the goods.0
