I also find it interesting that they state the RAC is normal prices without discount - yet they state roadside and recovery for joint is worth £123 - on their website less than £100 (they do not have any at home for deal customers)
Me thinks they are bumping the price up for deal customers (although it still makes it a good deal)
btw - I was one that got the beef in gravy in summer, quite entertaining actually going from store to store at night (after frozen delivery), as they stopped me making special customer order when they realised how much it cost them0 -
I have just used my clubcard deals to book a holiday with French Life.I had £100 in tokens which gave me £400 in deals. Many of the holidays
are "half price" for the last week in august which meant we got a cottage to sleep 6 in Brittany with its own pool and garden for £775.Taking off the deals reduced the cost to £375 ....so my kids can now look forward to a "cheap" holiday in the big school holiday!!!!0 -
I don't do Tesco.com because I have a store just two mins walk away from my house.Do not allow the risk of failure to stop you trying!0

A little out of date now, but it's the place to add extra points offers if you spot them instore.

Does anyone know how restrictive using deals for hotels are - are they only valid on certain days of the week, times of the year etc or can you use them for any times you like? OH and I are planning our honeymoon thats all with the first couple of days in a 'posh' hotel and I've got about £100 of tesco clubcard vouchers saved up (from the last 18 months) and so I would like to use them for this (think I might try and get some bonus points doing a shop at home for non perishables). I've sent off for a brochure but just wondered if anyone has any experience of hotel stays - especially the Hilton.Initial Mortgage January 2024 - £160,000
Initial Mortgage free date - January 2058
Mortgage as of 1st February 2024 - £159,134.98
Overpayments to date - £79.62
Current Mortgage free date - January 20580 -
About to get a Tesco Extra nearby - is they a quick guide for collecting points anywhere on forum ? Tried skimming thread - there's just so many.HLK

Have used Tesco clubcard deals for loads of things but looked at Hilton for a recent trip and found prices very expensive when using deals vouchers. If you look on the Tesco site you can order borchure or there is phone number to call for prices etc0 -
Can you find out what your points are online ? I don't use Tesco very much and I think the last time I got a voucher it was for £2.50 - spent it in Asda, but after reading this thread won't be doing that so quick in the future. No Longer addicted to Boots! - Well not today anyway!! :blushing:

Hi Debjay and Yorkielass - please have a look at my post no 168 on this thread - I found the vouchers great for hotel deals - have a hilton break booked for 6 of us - paid for totally in vouchers. I'm sure you probably can get the breaks cheaper if you're not using vouchers but there's nothing cheaper than not having to pay for it at all!
