I have only really used tesco for petrol and getting extra points when they send you vouchers to use in store to gain extra points .......but seeing as Asda where I live is no longer accepting money off coupons, I may start doing all shopping at Tesco and make use of the points.......and mothers of course if I can get away with it
Don't forget you need to get 150 points per quarter to get the vouchers so use both cards when you stop ie alternate.0 -

Your total number of points is also shown on your receipt.

Have a look around here to start with
http://www.tesco.com/clubcard/clubcard/index1.htm
You earn tesco clubcard vouchers by shopping in Tesco (or tesco.com) the clubcard vouchers can then be exchanged for deals tokens which can be soent on loads of stuff like meals out, holidays, RAC membership and a whole variety of things. Use the menu on the left to have a look
http://www.tesco.com/clubcard/deals/
Each £1 you spend in Tesco is 1p in clubcard vouchers. When you are physically holding your clubcard vouchers, these can be sent off for deals tokens which are worth 4 times the amount.
£1 clubcrad voucher = £4 deals token.
Once you've had a look round those sites and got a better idea how the system works, then you can take lesson 2...how to earn more clubcard points.
I'm sure you'll have more questions which all the rest of us are happy to answer:D , but maybe read through the thread below for a few more tips...and probably post any questions you have on there as it's a specific clubcard/Deals thread.

Truly depends on when and where you are going, and how many CC vouchers you have to spend...no hard and fast rule really, but definitely worth looking into.
Do some research on prices for when you want to go, compare to the airmile cost, and see if it works out as a good deal.
Our NZ was a poor deal via airmiles, but others on here have reported finding excellent offers for when and where they wanted to be.Who made hogs and dogs and frogs?
