150 points trick wasn't working in Lakeside, Thurrock tescos. Tried a couple of different spend amounts (just over £1 and about £3) and didn't get the extra points coupon for either!!

I noticed in my clubcard vouchers today that I have a 500 points ecoupon for any flowers delivery up until 1/1/06 plus a proper 150 extra points for spending £10 or more on Lager, Bitter, Cider, Stout or Perry (isn't it Christmas soon? - that shouldn't be difficult!)
Plus a Double Points on your shopping.......The smaller the monkey the more it looks like it would kill you at the first given opportunity.

Has anyone every exchanged their vouchers for Cosmos holiday vouchers? Just wanted to know if it was a good deal or if I should spend them elsewhere? Also can anything be done for poor exired vouchers as I have £11 that died in Nov this year that I forgot aboutPigsback £135, Pinecone £140:rotfl:
You Gov £28.50, Ipsos £35

And took the penny jar to the bank so now I get interest!

Can't answer about the Cosmos holiday. However, you can ask for expired or near expired points to be credited back to your clubcard account. Just phone the Clubcard helpline (number on the Tesco website). In a rut? Can't get out? Don't know why?
It's time to make that change.

Yep, been back a week now from a week in Egpyt with Cosmos paid with Tesco points. Only downside I can recall is that the holiday price = the brochure price and no other discounts can be applied. When paying cash for previous holidays with them I have negotiated heavily against brochure price.
Also paid the deposit in £s (credit card) - I can't remember whether that was obligatory though.0 -
There have been posts on here about Cosmos having 'differential pricing' when they cost holidays that are to be paid for with Tesco vouchers i.e they charge more than if you were paying by cash or card. I've read the same about Nectar points and BestWestern hotels.0

Had an interesting experience with National Magazines, forgot *naughty* to send the vouchers recorded / special delivery. When I phoned Mon morning as it had been a month and no response, they claimed they hadn't received it. Luckily had noted the number and sent an email listing all my details + tesco deal #. 2 days later, nothing but an automated response.
Thought I'd just double-check their online account handling, and there was my subscription! Still haven't had any explanation on how it *suddenly* was found, but advising I would ask Tesco Deals to treat the voucher as lost / stolen seems to have got some results. Next time will definitely send it by trackable means "There are only two lasting bequests we can hope to give our children; one of these is roots, the other wings" - Hodding Carter

Hi,
I was after a bit of advice really - I now have about £400 worth of clubcard vouchers and I don't know if it would be better to convert them to BA miles or to use them with someone like tradewinds?
Can anyone offer any advice? You laugh because I'm different - I laugh because you're all the same0 -

I would find out how much the flight is when you buy via the BA programme and see how much tradewinds charge for it
You will have £1600 to spend in tradewinds at brochure prices - how many BA Miles does that get you and does it cover the holiday you are looking for?0
