After studying R. Muttons site, I decided to speak to Orange and ask them if they'd acknowledge "3"'s offer of 500 cross network mins (plus 100 texts) for £9.99 as currently I pay £15 for 120 X net/work mins.
Seemingly not. I have to wait untill my 12 month contract is almost up and then discuss my options.
However they WERE prepared to cancel my "add-on", which is £5 per month for unlimited calls. They told me that this option has now ceased and I will not be able to get it back. I don't mind because I now have free calls via talk talk at weekends.

how long has orange payg cust serv been changed i have just recently been onto them and found out they only charge a one off 25p for the call(from my mobile dont know about from a landline) instead of charging by the minute its about time!!!!!0

Wait till something goes wrong - they you will see their true colours!
Ive had £20 worth of unsolicited texts that I dont subscribe to - every time I call them to resolve it they get rude and give me 0870 numbers to call that dont exist. Try asking to speak to a superviser - what a joke!
One CS rep tried to black mail me by saying she would be taking my free insurance off me... they can stick it!
If the 3 network was any good, I would be gone!Bismillah0
