What I am trying to do is to manage my debt by taking on new credit cards at a lower APR and balance transfer the debt. Thing is I can't afford to pay more a month so need cards with a lower APR, but the same re-payments. I am going for a Texaco which is very cheap and is 2% repayment wise and will balance transfer some debt onto that. I wanted another card too which is similarly cheap with 2%. Then I will phone up my existing card holders and close the accounts. Hopefully they will also offer me a better deal. In this way I will be paying less for the debt and tackle it more effectively.0
