Well I have just a phonecall and apparently I am defo getting the right ones yyiippppeeee. Even though they are out of stock apprently they keep a few back incase of mistakes like this.

Well I picked up my 500 a minute ago, despite only just getting the email.
A very amateurish system. Its not linked to the store system, and they therefore couldnt find my DVD's (even though I could see them right behind the till).
She still wouldnt believe they were mine until she called the manager.

However, the DVDs have a nice shiny silver surface that gives a bit of a rainbow effect under light. Purple underneath, but with a bit of a ridge around the edge/bottom.. reminds me of a bulkpaq in that respect
Havent tried burning them yet.

Ordered some discs to pick up in store, box was sealed and one was loose in a bag.

I ordered -R and the invoice states this, however on opening half of them are +R and the pack in the bag is bust open.

Anyone had similar problems and had any luck in getting them changed, just thinking they might just give you the sorry no more stock line.

Well mine have arrived now, Emma at WHSmith Christchurch is a star, she was the one who sorted out the whole mess for me, even though it had nothing to do with her or the store.
