Consider what you're using the system for also, the linked Dell (which you've already ruled out) is great if you want to play games but if you only want to surf, store music and photos, word process and watch DVD's then a low end Core 2 Duo (E2180 or similar) and a more basic Graphics card would be sufficient and save you from overspending on something you wont ever use to its full potential.
I realise you've said the uses you want it for but in terms of Graphics i guess it would depend what the odd game is, if it's the Sims or games on websites then low end will suffice but if you occasionally want to be a futuristic soldier, pull on your nanosuit and splatter some alien scum in Crysis then a higher end GPU would be required to play at more aethstetically pleasing settings.Bought, not Brought0 -
Have you considered a Philips Desktop. What do you think of the one below:

The web priced HEPC7511 is much better value. Just doesn't have the funky form factor. http://www.pcworld.co.uk/martprd/store/pcw_page.jsp?BV_SessionID=@@@@1037987607.1205948385@@@@&BV_EngineID=cccjadedikffledcflgceggdhhmdfhm.0&page=Product&fm=null&sm=null&tm=null&sku=819725&category_oid=0
