Have You Got A 'wet' Electrical Heating System??

Can anyone help me?????????

I am building a 1 bedroom, self contained annex in our garden, to let. I need a prepay meter so im going to use just electric for all its power (to have a prepay gas meter you need to be a registered landlord which i wont be). I havent room for tank for oil but would consider other options that are suggested if it is financially better.

Ive been recommended a Trianco Aztec electric boiler (and tank) and will need 2 radiators. If the annex is well insulated, is this a good/economical system to run.

Has anyone got a 'wet' electrical system in a small place and is it sufficient and economical???

For such a small place, I would probably say just get some standard dry electric heaters or possibly storage heaters. A wet system seems a bit overkill and would have similar running costs as a dry system (high).
