T-Mobile mid contract price plan change

After firstcontactmobiles seem to have disappeared of the face of the earth, Im trying to cut my losses, as I should have had nearly £700 off them in the forthcoming months for 2 contacts I have with them...
I thought would change both my contractes to a lower price plan, but TMobile are saying that I cant do this until month 11! yet, on the statements I receive from them, it says I can do this after 6 months...
In fact, no documentation I have form them, or the contract I have, state it is 11 months, it says after 6 months I can move to a lower price plan...
Are they trying to stiff me???

If you call them or email, mentioning the 6 month notice that is written on your bill they will back down. I have achieved this for 2 of my household contracts
